Analisis Kualitas Sistem Riset Satya Wacana (RISAT) UKSW Menggunakan Model ISO/IEC 25010 : Quality in Use (Effectiveness & Efficiency)

Abstract

Bidang riset pada universitas sangat berperan penting dalam memegang peran krusial melalui ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Perkembangan era digital membuat penggunaan sistem informasi riset menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam proses penelitian. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan penilaian kualitas Sistem Riset Satya Wacana (RISAT) sebagai salah satu sistem pengajuan penelitian dan insentif luaran di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana menggunakan model ISO/IEC 25010 dengan domain Quality in Use yang mencakup Effectiveness dan Efficiency. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui survei pengguna serta diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada aspek Effectiveness berada pada presentase 91% yang menunjukan bahwa user merasa Sangat Setuju bahwa RISAT sangat mudah dan efektif, serta aspek Efficiency mendapatkan presentase 83% dan menunjukan bahwa user merasa Sangat Setuju dalam menggunakan RISAT karena sangat efisien. Untuk meningkatkan lagi sistem agar lebih optimal maka rekomendasi perbaikan disusun berdasarkan temuan ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas keseluruhan sistem RISAT.

The research field in universities plays a crucial role in science and technology. The development of the digital era makes the use of research information systems critical to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the research process. This study assesses the quality of the Satya Wacana Research System (RISAT) as a research proposal and output incentive system at Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana using the ISO/IEC 25010 model with the Quality in Use domain, covering Effectiveness and Efficiency. The analysis was conducted by collecting data through user surveys and processing it using SPSS. The results show that the Effectiveness aspect reached 91%, indicating that users strongly agree that RISAT is very easy to use and effective. The Efficiency aspect achieved 83%, indicating that users strongly agree that using RISAT is very efficient. To further optimize the system, recommendations for improvements are made based on these findings to enhance the overall quality of the RISAT system.
