Abstract: This study analyzes UNICEF's role in the context of humanitarian diplomacy in the Gaza Strip, focusing on the protection and fulfillment of children's rights in the midst of the Palestinian crisis. In situations of prolonged conflict, children are often the most vulnerable group, facing serious human rights violations. Through a descriptive approach, this study explores how UNICEF applies human security principles to improve the effectiveness of humanitarian interventions. Qualitative data drawn from literature studies and official documents show that UNICEF not only serves as a provider of aid, but also as a mediator in humanitarian diplomacy, working to create a safer environment for children. This research emphasizes the importance of paying special attention to the needs of children in Gaza, as well as the challenges faced by UNICEF in carrying out its mission. The results of the research are expected to provide in-depth insights for academics and practitioners in efforts to protect children's rights in conflict areas.
