Issue Date: Aug-2024
Abstract: The development of mobile technology has changed the way we interact and carry out financial transactions. In the educational context, tuition payments are still often made conventionally by bringing cash to school. This method is inefficient and prone to errors. Therefore, developing a mobile-based tuition payment application with a good UI/UX approach is the solution proposed in this research. This research aims to design a user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) that facilitate the SPP payment process through a mobile-based application. The method used in design is Design Thinking, which focuses on in-depth understanding of user needs and iteration in solution design, starting from the empatize, define, ideate, prototyping, test and iterate stages. Then, for the satisfaction testing stage, use the System Usability Scale (SUS). In this research, the tool used for UI/UX design is Figma.
