Abstract: This research aims to assist educators in the development of learning media. Of course, the learning media used by educators in elementary schools. The use of learning media is based on a scrapbook which contains a notebook with pictures, colors, decorations and other notes as reminders. The use of scrapbook learning media can help educators in delivering learning materials. Educators who have undergone changes from conventional teaching models have changed following the development of modern times. The scrapbook learning media used in this development research leads to the ability of students to write upright continuously. Continuous upright writing is a writing that is written in a way that does not hold up the stationery and is written continuously or not separately. The ability to write upright continuously also goes through several stages, so that students can learn with the process and help of this scrapbook learning media.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pendidik dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran. Tentunya media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh pendidik di sekolah dasar. Penggunaan media pembelajaran tersebut berbasis scrapbook yang di dalamnya berisikan buku catatan dengan gambar, warna, hiasan dan catatan lain sebagai pengingat. Penggunaan media pembelajaran scrapbook dapat membantu pendidik dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran. Pendidik yang mengalami perubahan dari model pengajaran secara konvensional berubah mengikuti perkembangan zaman modern. Media pembelajaran scrapbook yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini mengarah kepada kemampuan peserta didik dalam menulis tegak bersambung. Menulis tegak bersambung adalah sebuah tulisan yang ditulis dengan cara tidak mengangkat alat tulis dan ditulis secara bersambung atau tidak terpisah pisah. Kemampuan menulis tegak bersambung juga mengalami beberapa tahapan, sehingga peserta didik dapat belajar dengan proses serta bantuan dari media pembelajaran scrapbook ini.
