Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh peranan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational culture dan job satisfaction bagi peningkatan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan, dengan menggunakan metode pengujian parsial dan MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 40 dengan partisipan yang berasal dari PT Laksana Bus Manufaktur, Ungaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (i) organizational culture berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; (ii) job satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; (iii) komitmen organisasi tidak memoderasi pengaruh organizational culture terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; (iv) komitmen organisasi tidak memoderasi pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.
The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the role of organizational commitment on organizational culture and job satisfaction in increasing organizational citizenship behavior in employees, using partial testing methods and MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). This research used a sample of 40 with participants coming from PT Laksana Bus Manufaktur, Ungaran. The results of this research show that: (i) organizational culture influences organizational citizenship behavior; (ii) job satisfaction influences organizational citizenship behavior; (iii) organizational commitment does not moderate the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior; (iv) organizational commitment does not moderate the influence of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior.
