| Abstract: | This research aims to determine the differences in job satisfaction of UKSW employees based on the length of service for teaching staff at Satya Wacana Christian University. The population in this study was the Satya Wacana Christian University Salatiga education staff. The research sample consisted of 113 respondents by quota sampling criteria. The data analysis method used is the one-way ANOVA test. The results of the analysis show that there are differences in job satisfaction in terms of length of service. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kepuasan kerja karyawan UKSW berdasarkan masa kerja pada tenaga pendidik di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 113 responden sesuai dengan kriteria quota sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji one-way anova. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kepuasan kerja ditinjau dari masa kerja. |
