Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Sosial terhadap Intention to Leave

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan penggunaan media sosial (information use (X1), hedonic use (X2), dan social use (X3)) terhadap intention to leave (Y) pada dosen perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dengan melibatkan 100 responden yang berprofesi sebagai dosen perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Information use tidak berpengaruh terhadap intention to leave; (2) Hedonic use tidak berpengaruh terhadap intention to leave; (3) Social use tidak berpengaruh terhadap intention to leave.

The purpose of the research is to examine the effect of different purpose of social media usage (information use (X1), hedonic use (X2), and social use (X3)) on intention to leave (Y) in university lecturers in Indonesia. This study is a quantitative research, data was obtained from a questionnaire involving 100 respondents who work as university lecturers in Indonesia. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The result of this study show that: (1) information use has no effect on intention to leave; (2) hedonic use has no effect on intention to leave; (3) social use has no effect on intention to leave.
