Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Negeri Tlompakan 01 melalui supervisi akademik yang berbantuan Program PMM (Platform Merdeka Mengajar). Supervisi akademik diterapkan untuk mendukung profesionalisme guru dalam pembelajaran yang berpusat pada murid, sementara PMM digunakan sebagai alat bantu pengembangan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan (action research) dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik berbantuan PMM meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan kinerja guru. Supervisi yang melibatkan refleksi dan evaluasi, serta fitur-fitur inovatif dalam PMM, membantu guru mengelola pembelajaran secara lebih efektif. Peningkatan kinerja guru terlihat dari kemampuan merancang pembelajaran yang relevan, mengelola kelas, serta memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif kepada siswa. Penelitian ini menyarankan implementasi supervisi akademik yang konsisten dan pelatihan berkelanjutan menggunakan PMM untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal.
This research aims to improve teacher performance at SD Negeri Tlompakan 01 through academic supervision assisted by the PMM (Merdeka Mengajar Platform) Program. Academic supervision is applied to support teacher professionalism in student-centered learning, while PMM is used as a tool to develop teacher performance. This research uses action research methods involving school principals, teachers and students as research subjects. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation, which were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The research results show that PMM-assisted academic supervision improves the quality of learning and teacher performance. Supervision that involves reflection and evaluation, as well as innovative features in PMM, helps teachers manage learning more effectively. Increased teacher performance can be seen from the ability to design relevant learning, manage classes, and provide constructive feedback to students. This research suggests implementing consistent academic supervision and ongoing training using PMM to achieve optimal results.
