Abstract: Rasa kurang percaya diri adalah masalah umum pada remaja yang dapat memengaruhi berbagai aspek kesejahteraan. Data dari Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (KPPPA) menunjukkan bahwa 56% remaja perempuan di Indonesia mengalami penurunan rasa percaya diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi dengan kepercayaan diri pada remaja SMA. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret – Juni 2024 di SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga, dengan melibatkan 147 responden. Pengukuran rasa percaya diri dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner Rosernberg Self – Esteem Scale (RSES), sementara status gizi dinilai melalui pengukuran antropometri (TB dan BB) dengan metode z – Score. Asupan makan diukur menggunakan Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), serta recall 2 x 24 jam. Seluruh data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah melalui tahap editing, coding, entry, cleaning, dan tabulating. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 97 responden (66%) memiliki tingkat kepercayaan diri yang tinggi, dan 50 responden (34%) memiliki tingkat kepercayaan diri yang rendah. Sebanyak 128 responden (87,1%) memiliki status gizi yang baik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi dengan rasa percaya diri pada remaja SMA.
Lack of self-confidence is a common in adolescents that can affect various aspects of well-being. Data from Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (KPPPA) shows that 56% of adolescent girls in Indonesia experience decreased self-confidence.
