Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif yang berbentuk kartu dengan nama Kartu Bilangan Matematika (KABIMA). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalis kelayakan dan keefektifan media Kartu Bilangan Matematika (KABIMA) yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Pada penelitian pengembangan ini di ukur kelayakan mediamya melalui ahli materi dan media. Hasil kelayakan materi sebesar 89 % yang artinya materi dalam media KABIMA termasuk kategori sangat baik dan kelayakan dari aspek media sebesar 88% yang artinya media KABIMA termasuk kategori sangat baik. Kemudian, keefektifan produk Kartu Bilangan Matematika (KABIMA) ini menunjukan pada diperoleh hasil uji t diperoleh nilai sig.(2-tailed) menunjukkan angka 0,000 sehingga nilai dari Sig.(2 tailed) terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil ptetest 48,33 dan posttest 86,33, artinya terdapat pengaruh dlam penggunaan media pembelajaran Kartu Bilangan Matematika (KABIMA) efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komputasi siswa kelas I SD. This research aims to develop interactive learning media in the form of cards with the name Mathematical Number Cards (KABIMA). Apart from that, this research also aims to analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed Mathematical Number Card (KABIMA) media. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE model. In this development research, the suitability of the media is measured through material and media experts. The results of material suitability were 89%, which means that the material in KABIMA media is in the very good category and the suitability of the media aspect is 88%, which means that KABIMA media is in the very good category. Then, the effectiveness of the Mathematical Number Card (KABIMA) product shows that the results of the t test obtained a sig.(2-tailed) value showing the number 0.000 so that the value of Sig.(2 tailed) has a difference in the average ptetest result of 48.33 and posttest 86.33, meaning that there is an effect in using the Mathematical Number Card (KABIMA) learning media effectively in improving the computing skills of class I elementary school students.
