Abstract: | This study aims to examine the influence of servant leadership and sustainable career development on employee job satisfaction through affective organizational commitment using the Partial Least Square (PLS) testing method. The research utilized a sample of 91 respondents from PT Desa Wisata Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that: (i) servant leadership has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, (ii) sustainable career development has no effect on employee job satisfaction, (iii) servant leadership positively affects affective organizational commitment, (iv) sustainable career development positively affects affective organizational commitment, (v) affective organizational commitment positively influences employee job satisfaction, (vi) affective organizational commitment mediates the relationship positive between servant leadership and employee job satisfaction, (vii) affective organizational commitment mediates the relationship positive between sustainable career development and employee job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh servant leadership dan sustainable career development terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan melalui affective organizational commitment dengan menggunakan metode pengujian metode PLS (Partial Least Square). Penelitian menggunakan sampel sebanyak 91 dengan responden berasal dari PT Desa Wisata Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (i) servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (ii) sustainable career development tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (iii) servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap affective organizational commitment (iv) sustainable career development berpengaruh positif terhadap affective organizational commitment (v) afektif komtmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (vi) affective organizational commitment memediasi pengaruh positif servant leadership terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (vii) affective organizational commitment memediasi pengaruh positif sustainable career development terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. |
