Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja
terhadap kinerja perawat di RS Mardi Rahayu Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis explanatory research dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 responden yang merupakan perawat aktif di RS Mardi Rahayu Kudus. Beberapa pengujian dilakukan meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik(uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas), uji hipotesis (uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji regresi linear berganda). Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t menunjukan bahwa (1) stres kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat di RS Mardi Rahayu Kudus; (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat di RS Mardi Rahayu Kudus. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa (1) stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama memengaruhi kinerja perawat di RS Mardi Rahayu Kudus. Meskipun pengaruh stres kerja tidak signifikan secara individu memengaruhi kinerja perawat. This research aims to examine the influence of work stress and the work environment on the performance of nurses at Mardi Rahayu Kudus Hospital. This research uses explanatory research with quantitative methods. The sample used in this research was 83 respondents who were active nurses at Mardi Rahayu Kudus Hospital. Several tests were carried out including descriptive analysis, validity test,reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test), hypothesis test coefficient of determination test, t test, multiple linear regression test). The results of the study using the t test show that (1) work stress did not have a significant influence on the performance of nurses at Mardi Rahayu Kudus Hospital; (2) the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of nurses at Mardi Rahayu Kudus Hospital. The results of research using multiple linear regression tests show that (1) work stress and the work environment jointly influence the performance of nurses at Mardi Rahayu Kudus Hospital. Although the influence of work stress is not significant individually, it affects nurse performance |
