Abstract: KIT (Komponen Instrumen Terpadu) merupakan media pembelajaran yang terdiri dari kumpulan alat peraga atau set alat praktikum. KIT dikembangkan dengan metode penelitian pengembangan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan, 85% peserta didik tidak pernah melakukan praktikum dan KIT belum pernah digunakan di SMP Kristen Satya Wacana. Berdasarkan analisis, berpotensi untuk dilakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran KIT IPA. KIT AquapartBox didesain untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik pada materi zat dan model partikel. Media tersebut mengintegrasikan kepedulian lingkungan melalui pemisahan zat untuk memperoleh air bersih. Pada tahap pengembangan, KIT AquapartBox dan perangkat pembelajaran divalidasi dan uji coba. Validator terdiri dari satu dosen biologi, dosen fisika, dan guru IPA. Validator memberi saran yang menjadi dasar revisi produk. KIT AquapartBox dan perangkat pembelajaran kemudian diimplementasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Pada tahap ini peserta didik diberikan pre-test dan post-test. Nilai pretes yang diperoleh yaitu 80,14 dan nilai posttest yang diperoleh 87,6. Kedua nilai tersebut dimasukan kedalam rumus untuk menghitung N-Gain, N-Gain yang diperoleh yaitu 0,38. Selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi akhir untuk mengetahui respon pengguna yaitu guru dan peserta didik. Kesimpulannya, KIT telah berhasil dikembangkan dengan metode ADDIE dan memperoleh N-gain di tingkat sedang.
KIT (Komponen Instrumen Terpadu) is a learning medium that consists of a collection of teaching aids or a set of practical tools. KIT was developed using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model development research method. Based on the needs analysis, 85% of students have never done practicum and KIT has never been used at Satya Wacana Christian Middle School. Based on the analysis, there is potential for developing science KIT learning media. The AquapartBox KIT is designed to increase students' understanding of substances and particle models. This media integrates environmental concerns through the separation of substances to obtain clean water. At the development stage, the AquapartBox KIT and learning tools were validated and tested. The validators consist of a biology lecturer, a physics lecturer and a science teacher. Validators provide suggestions that become the basis for product revisions. The AquapartBox KIT and learning tools are then implemented in learning activities. At this stage students are given a pre-test and post-test. The pretest score obtained was 80.14 and the posttest score obtained was 87.6. These two values are entered into the formula to calculate N Gain, the N-Gain obtained is 0.38. Next, a final evaluation is carried out to determine the response of users, namely teachers and students. In conclusion, KIT was been successfully developed using the ADDIE method and obtained N-gain at a moderate level.
