Title: Peran Perawat Dalam Evaluasi Program Posyandu Lansia Minahasa di Puskesmas Modoinding

Abstract: Penyakit tidak menular sebagai penyebab 86% kematian di berbagai negara dan 63% kematian di Indonesia. Kementerian Kesehatan Indonesia menyelenggarakan program pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit tidak menular (P2PTM) melalui posyandu lansia, di mana perawat berperan sebagai promotor, edukator, dan pelaksana layanan. Namun, di Puskesmas Modoinding, Minahasa Selatan, Sulawesi Utara, jumlah perawat masih terbatas untuk mendukung program ini secara optimal. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan peran perawat dalam evaluasi program posyandu lansia untuk pencegahan dan penanganan hipertensi pada lansia suku Minahasa. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Kriteria inklusi partisipan yani perawat perempuan yang bekerja di Puskesmas Modoinding yakni 5 orang. Kriteria eksklusi adalah perawat yang baru dua bulan bekerja di Puskesmas Modoinding dan belum terlibat dalam posyandu lansia. Triangulasi dilakukan dengan mengkonfirmasi kepada kepala Puskesmas, kader yang bekerja sama dengan perawat puskesmas dalam kegiatan posyandu lansia dan lansia. Jumlah partisipan adalah lima perawat, 1 kepala puskesmas, 1 kader dan 1 lansia. Lokasi penelitian di Puskesmas Modoinding Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Penelitian dilakukan pada 1 Juli - 1 September 2024. Hasil penelitian sebanyak tiga tema yakni program posyandu lansia, pemeriksaan yang dilakukan pada posyandu lansia desa dan posyandu lansia gereja. Kedua peran perawat menangani hipertensi, evaluasi program, edukator, skrining kesehatan, konsultan. Ketiga tantangan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Kesimpulan peran perawat dalam evaluasi program posyandu lansia yakni pelaksanaan layanan, edukator, skrining kesehatan dan konsultan, serta intervensi masalah kesehatan lansia.
Non-communicable diseases are the cause of 86% of deaths in various countries and 63% of deaths in Indonesia. The Indonesian Ministry of Health organizes a non-communicable disease prevention and control program (P2PTM) through elderly health posts, where nurses act as promoters, educators, and service implementers. However, at the Modoinding Health Center, South Minahasa, North Sulawesi, the number of nurses is still limited to support this program optimally. The purpose of the study was to describe the role of nurses in evaluating the elderly health post program for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in the elderly Minahasa tribe. The research method was qualitative with a case study approach. The inclusion criteria for participants were female nurses working at the Modoinding Health Center, namely 5 people. The exclusion criteria were nurses who had only worked at the Modoinding Health Center for two months and had not been involved in the elderly health post. Triangulation was carried out by confirming with the head of the Health Center, cadres who work with health center nurses in elderly health post activities and the elderly. The number of participants was five nurses, 1 head of the health center, 1 cadre and 1 elderly person. The location of the study was at the Modoinding Health Center, South Minahasa Regency. The study was conducted on July 1 - September 1, 2024. The results of the study were three themes, namely the elderly posyandu program, examinations carried out at the village elderly posyandu and the church elderly posyandu. Second, the role of nurses in handling hypertension, program evaluation, educators, health screening, consultants. Third, the challenges of implementing activities. The conclusion of the role of nurses in evaluating the elderly posyandu program is the implementation of services, educators, health screening and consultants, and interventions for elderly health problems.
