Sample dipilih berdasarkan
purposive sampling sebanyak 68 responden berdasarkan rumus Cochran (1977). Prospective brides and grooms need to prepare their health conditions in order to have a healthy pregnancy, because low pregnancy preparation will increase morbidity and mortality for the mother and fetus. KEK and Anemia are one of the nutritional problems that have not been resolved and are related to the reproductive health of WUS, especially in adolescent and preconception women. Therefore, in an effort to assess the nutritional readiness of prospective brides and grooms in Salatiga City, it is necessary to measure anthropometry and examine hemoglobin levels. This study is quantitative cross-sectional with assistance from the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). The sample was selected based on purposive sampling of 68 respondents based on the Cochran formula (1977). This study has obtained Ethical Clearance (EC). Data on the nutritional status of prospective brides and grooms were obtained through the results of anthropometric measurements with indicators of body weight, height and upper arm circumference. Data on hemoglobin levels were obtained by looking at the results of hemoglobin examination measurements of prospective brides and grooms. This study assesses whether prospective brides and grooms are ready and not ready based on anthropometric nutritional status and Hb levels, with a predetermined cut-off point. Prospective brides are categorized as ready if BMI = 18.5 - 22.9 kg / m2, Lila ≥23.5 cm, and hemoglobin levels ≥12 mg / dl. The results of the nutritional status of the majority of prospective brides based on BMI are classified as normal, which is 41.18% and based on LILA is ≥23.5 cm, which is 76.47%, the majority of hemoglobin levels are also in the range of ≥12 mg / dl, which is 92.65%. The nutritional readiness of prospective brides is classified as quite ready, but this still needs to be a concern for the government in paying attention to preconception nutrition so that it can reduce health problems in mothers and children. |
