Abstract: This research is motivated by the gap between laws and regulations on inclusive education and their implementation in the field. Regular students and educators have not fully embraced students with special needs (PDBK), thus an instrument is needed to measure acceptance behavior. The aim of this study is to develop an inventory to measure the acceptance behavior of students with special needs (PDBK) through a website-based tool called ACC PDBK at SMP Negeri 10 Salatiga. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). This inventory was developed based on the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) theory, which includes six core aspects: acceptance, cognitive defusion, present moment awareness, self-as-context, values, and committed action. The research results indicate that this inventory is valid and reliable in measuring the level of acceptance of regular students towards PDBK. These findings emphasize the importance of valid and reliable measurement tools to understand and enhance acceptance of PDBK in the school environment.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan antara Undang-Undang dan peraturan pendidikan inklusi dengan pelaksanaan di lapangan. Peserta didik regular dan pendidik belum menerima sepenuhnya PDBK maka dibutuhkan instrumen untuk mengukur perilaku penerimaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan inventori perilaku penerimaan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus (PDBK) berbasis website ACC PDBK di SMP Negeri 10 Salatiga. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development / R&D) dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Inventori ini dikembangkan berdasarkan teori Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) yang mencakup enam aspek inti: acceptance, cognitive defusion, present moment awareness, self-as-context, values, dan committed action. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inventori ini valid dan reliabel dalam mengukur tingkat penerimaan peserta didik reguler terhadap PDBK. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya alat ukur yang valid dan reliabel untuk memahami serta meningkatkan penerimaan terhadap PDBK di lingkungan sekolah.
