Abstract: | Dengan makin maraknya produk shampoo di Indonesia, tentunya memberikan lebih banyak varian pilihan terhadap para konsumen. Untuk itu para produsen harus menumbuhkan preferensi merek terhadap para konsumen agar membentuk suatu loyalitas yang tidak hanya berhenti pada sekedar pembelian berulang, namun mengikutsertakan perasaan didalamnya. Sehingga tumbuh loyalitas konsumen yang tidak mudah untuk beralih terhadap produk shampoo lain. Menggunakan 100 responden dengan kriteria responden telah menggunakan shampoo sunsilk minimal 3 kali, penelitian ini menguji pengaruh preferensi merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen produk shampoo sunsilk. Dengan menggunakan preferensi merek sebagai variable independent dan variabel loyalitas konsumen sebagai variabel dependent dan margin eror sebesar 5% diperoleh hasil bahwa preferensi merek berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen.. With the increasingly widespread shampoo products in Indonesia, it certainly gives more choice to the consumers. For that the producers have to build the brand to match the consumer preferences in order to establish loyalty that does not just stop at merely repeat purchases, but includes feeling deep positive. Thus, consumers will not be easy to switch to another shampoo product. Using the 100 respondents with the criteria that the respondents have been using Sunsilk shampoo at least 3 times, this study examines the effect of brand preference on consumer loyalty to Sunsilk shampoo products. By using brand preference as the independent variable and consumer loyalty as the dependent variable, on a margin of error of 5% this research results that there is a positive influence of brand preference on consumer loyalty. |
