Abstract: | Sejalan dengan kompetisi peningkatan antara salon kecantikan di Salatiga, pemilik dari ruangan harus memikirkan keras tentang kemenangan survival dan mungkin kompetisi dan pelanggan setia. Disertasi ini membicarakan tentang pengaruh dari Mutu Jasa pada kesetiaan. Seratus responden mengisi angket, metode kuantitatif yang meliputi regresi dipergunakan dan analisa diberikan. Hasil mengatakan jasa itu mutu secara positif mempengaruhi kesetiaan. In line with the increasing competition among beauty salons in Salatiga, owners of the salons shall have to think hard about survival and possible winning the competition and loyal customers. This thesis talks about the influence of Service Quality on loyalty. One hundred respondents filled out the questionnaires, quantitative method which includes regression is used and analysis is given. The results tells that service quality positively influences loyalty. |
