Pengaruh Digital Entrepreneurship dan Digital Skill terhadap Sustainable Performance dengan Digital Transformation Sebagai Variabel Pemoderasi

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed business practices to become increasingly modern. This shift inevitably affects MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) actors who must be able to adapt in this digital era. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital entrepreneurship and digital skills on sustainable performance, with digital transformation as a moderating variable. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The sample consists of 100 MSME respondents in Salatiga, selected using purposive sampling. The results show that digital entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on sustainable performance. Likewise, digital skills have a positive and significant effect on sustainable performance. However, digital transformation does not moderate the relationship between digital entrepreneurship and sustainable performance, nor does it moderate the relationship between digital skills and sustainable performance. The implication of this study is that digital entrepreneurship and digital skills are the main factors driving sustainable performance.

Perkembangan teknologi digital sudah merubah cara berbisnis yang semakin modern. Tentu saja hal ini berpengaruh bagi pelaku UMKM yang harus bisa beradaptasi di era digital ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital entrepreneurship dan digital skill terhadap sustainable performance dengan digital transformation sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penelitian yang bersifat explanatory reseacrh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah 100 responden UMKM yang berada di Salatiga melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digital entrepreneurship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sustainable performance. Digital skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sustainable performance. Namun, pada penelitian ini digital transformation tidak memoderasi hubungan antara digital entrepreneurship terhadap sustainable performance. Digital transformation juga tidak memoderasi hubungan antara digital skill terhadap sustainable performance. Implikasi dalam penelitian ialah digital entrepreneurship dan digital skill menjadi faktor utama dalam sustainable performance
