Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perfeksionisme dan kecemasan akademik terhadap burnout akademik mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang menyusun tugas akhir. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain linier berganda. Sebanyak 355 mahasiswa/i S1 angkatan 2017-2024 yang sedang menyusun tugas akhir menjadi partisipan penelitian ini dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Pengukuran penelitian menggunakan skala perfeksionisme, skala kecemasan akademik, dan skala burnout akademik. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima perfeksionisme dan kecemasan akademik secara simultan memengaruhi burnout akademik. Secara parsial, perfeksionisme memberikan kontribusi terhadap burnout akademik sebesar 22.4%, sementara itu kecemasan akademik memberikan kontribusi sebesar 30.5% terhadap burnout akademik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang memiliki kecenderungan perfeksionis dan mengalami kecemasan akademik lebih rentan mengalami burnout akademik selama proses penyusunan tugas akhir.
This study aims to determine the effect of perfectionism and academic anxiety on academic burnout among senior undergraduate students preparing their final assingment. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative with a multiple linear regression. A total of 355 final-year students from 2017 to 2024, who were preparing their final project, participated in this study using a purposive sampling technique. The perfectionism academic anxiety, and the academic burnout scales were used as research measures. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the hypothesis is accepted, perfectionism and academic anxiety simultaneously affect academic burnout. Partially, perfectionism contributed 22.4% to academic burnout, while academic anxiety contributed 30.5% to academic burnout. These findings suggest that students who have perfectionistic tendencies and experience academic anxiety are more susceptible to experiencing academic burnout during the final project preparation process.
