Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap keterikatan karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan dan kesejahteraan di tempat kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksplanatif dengan sampel sebanyak 104 orang yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data diukur menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan, kesejahteraan di tempat kerja, dan keterikatan karyawan melalui kesejahteraan di tempat kerja. Namun, pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap keterikatan karyawan secara langsung, serta pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap keterikatan karyawan melalui dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan, tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif. This study aims to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee engagement, both directly and indirectly, through perceived organizational support and well-being at work as mediating variables. This research uses an explanatory research type with a sample of 104 people selected using a purposive sampling method. The data were measured using SEMPLS with SmartPLS 3 software. The research results show that the non-physical work environment has a positive effect on perceived organizational support, workplace well-being, and employee engagement through workplace. However, the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee engagement and the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee engagement through perceived organizational support did not have a positive effect. |
