Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru melalui pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SD Negeri Randuacir 03 Salatiga. Evaluasi program dilakukan dengan menilai adanya kesenjangan antara standar pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi oleh pemerintah dengan kondisi nyata pelaksanaan pembelajaran bediferensiasi di SD Negeri Randuacir 03 Salatiga. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan model evaluasi discrepancy yang dikembangkan oleh Malcolm Provus dengan 5 tahap, yakni desain, instalasi, proses, produk, dan analisis cost benefit. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan pada setiap tahapnya, dimulai dari tahap desain, instalasi, proses, produk, dan analisis cost benefit. Kesenjangan pada setiap tahap terjadi karena belum terlaksananya tahap desain yang sesuai. Disimpulkan kinerja guru belum maksimal dan perlu meningkatkan kompetensi guru di bagian pedagogik, profesional, dan sosial.
This study aims to evaluate teacher performance through the implementation of differentiated instruction at SD Negeri Randuacir 03 Salatiga. The program evaluation was conducted by identifying discrepancies between the government's standards for differentiated instruction and the actual implementation at the school. This research employs an evaluative qualitative approach using the Discrepancy Evaluation Model developed by Malcolm Provus, which consists of five stages: design, installation, process, product, and cost-benefit analysis. The subjects of this study were the principal and teachers. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that discrepancies were present in all stages, namely the design, installation, process, product, and cost-benefit analysis stages. These discrepancies were primarily due to the inadequate execution of the design stage. It is concluded that teacher performance has not yet reached its optimal level and needs to be improved, particularly in pedagogical, professional, and social competencies.
