Evaluasi Implementasi E-rapor Kurikulum Merdeka Berbasis Web Pada Sekolah Dasar Di Salatiga Dengan Menggunakan Model Cipp

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi E-rapor Kurikulum Merdeka berbasis web versi Direktorat Sekolah Dasar di salah satu Sekolah Dasar di Salatiga menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada komponen context, sekolah belum memiliki kebijakan resmi terkait penerapan E-rapor, namun telah memahami tujuan sistem tersebut. Pada komponen input, infrastruktur pendukung dan pelatihan bagi guru masih belum memadai. Pada komponen process, implementasi belum berjalan sehingga kendala teknis belum dapat diidentifikasi, meskipun terdapat kekhawatiran terkait jaringan internet. Pada komponen product, hasil dan kualitas E-rapor belum dapat dinilai karena sistem belum digunakan karena masuk ke aplikasi tersebut sulit. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi E-rapor Kurikulum Merdeka berbasis web versi Direkorat Sekolah Dasar di SDN Sidorejo Lor 02 belum dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal. Beberapa faktor yang perlu dipersiapkan meliputi penyusunan kebijakan, peningkatan infrastruktur, pelatihan guru, serta sosialisasi sistem secara menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, SDN Sidorejo Lor 02 menggunakan Google Spreadsheet saat ini untuk mengolah nilai di sekolah. Sistem ini dianggap lebih efektif dan mudah digunakan oleh semua guru (user friendly), melaporkan dengan cepat dan dapat diakses secara real-time tanpa perlu berada di server yang sama selama jaringan internet tetap ada.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Web-Based Independent Curriculum E-Report Cards version of the Directorate of Primary Schools at one of the Elementary School in Salatiga using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques consisting of interviews, observations, and document study. The results showed that in the context component, the school did not yet have an official policy regarding the application of the E-report, although it understood the objectives of the system. In the input component, supporting infrastructure and training for teachers were still inadequate. In the process component, the implementation had not yet taken place, so technical obstacles could not be identified, although there were concerns regarding internet network stability. In the product component, the results and quality of the E-report cannot be evaluated yet because the system has not been used due to the difficulty of accessing the application. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum web-based E-report version by the Directorate of Elementary Schools at SDN Sidorejo Lor 02 has not been optimally carried out. Several factors that need to be prepared include policy formulation, infrastructure improvement, teacher training, and comprehensive system socialization. Therefore, SDN Sidorejo Lor 02 currently uses Google Spreadsheet to process grades at the school. This system is considered more effective and user-friendly for all teachers, allowing for quick reporting and real-time access without needing to be on the same server as long as there is an internet connection.
