The research design used 2x2 between subjects and manipulated the positive response of the organization and the response of the whistleblower. The results explain that subjects who receive a positive response from the organization and receive whistleblower protection tend to have a higher intention to conduct whistleblowing. While subjects who do not receive a positive response from the organization and do not receive whistleblower protection tend to have a lower intention to conduct whistleblowing |
