Analisis Disosiatif Ikatan Keluarga Mahasiswa dan Siswa Timor di Salatiga

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Salatiga dengan tujuan menyelidiki kepemimpinan IKMASTI dan alasan keluarnya organisasi Alor (HIMMASAL). Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan IKMASTI adalah kolektif, tetapi tidak memiliki struktur formal seperti AD/ART. HIMMASAL keluar tanpa konflik karena keinginan untuk memperkuat budaya Alor, menurut teori disosiatif. Keluarnya HIMMASAL menunjukkan ketidakpuasan yang tidak diungkapkan secara langsung. Agar organisasi dapat bertahan, IKMASTI harus membentuk AD/ART dan menjadi lebih terbuka terhadap semua etnis.

This researc was conducted in Salatiga with the aim of investigating the leadership of IKMASTI and the reasons for the exit of the Alor organization (HIMMASAL). Using a qualitative method, data was gathered through interviews and observation. The findings indicate that the leadership of IKMASTI is collective, but does not have a formal structure such as bylaws. HIMMASAL left without conflict due to the desire to strengthen Alor culture, according to dissociative theory. HIMMASAL's exit indicates dissatisfaction that is not directly expressed. For the organization to survive, IKMASTI must form bylaws and become more open to all ethnicities.
