Abstract: Persepsi merupakan cara seseorang memahami dan menilai lingkungannya, yang dipengaruhi oleh sudut pandang masing-masing. Agrowisata memiliki peluang yang cukup besar sebagai destinasi edukatif dan rekreasi yang menggabungkan aspek peternakan. Pemahaman mengenai hubungan antara kenyamanan, keramahan, harga tiket, dan aksesibilitas dengan persepsi pengunjung terhadap kualitas pelayanan di agrowisata Cepogo Cheese Park masih belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari data kunjungan wisatawan yang menunjukkan fluktuasi, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi persepsi pengunjung terhadap kualitas pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi pengunjung terhadap kualitas pelayanan di agrowisata Cepogo Cheese Park Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei, pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling pada 50 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik korelasi Rank spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara kenyamanan, keramahan, harga tiket, dan aksesibilitas dengan persepsi pengunjung terhadap kualitas pelayanan, di mana kenyamanan (0,570), keramahan (0,626), harga tiket (0,780), dan aksesibilitas (0,735) menandakan hubungan positif yang kuat pada taraf kepercayaan 99%. Artinya semakin baiknya kenyamanan, keramahan, harga tiket, dan aksesibilitas, semakin positif persepsi pengunjung terhadap agrowisata. Hubungan kuat ditemukan pada keramahan, harga tiket, dan aksesibilitas, sementara kenyamanan memiliki hubungan sedang dengan persepsi pengunjung terhadap kualitas pelayanan.
Perception is the way a person understands and assesses their environment, which is influenced by their point of view. Agritourism has considerable opportunities as an educational and recreational destination that combines aspects of animal husbandry. Understanding the relationship between comfort, friendship, ticket prices, and accessibility with visitor perceptions of service quality at the Cepogo Cheese Park agrotourism is still not optimal. This can be seen from the data on tourist visits which show fluctuations, so it is necessary to evaluate visitor perceptions of service quality to increase visitor satisfaction. This study aims to analyze visitor perceptions of service quality at the Cepogo Cheese Park Boyolali agrotourism, Central Java. This research uses descriptive quantitative with survey method, accidental sampling of 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation technique. The results showed a significant relationship between comfort, friendship, ticket prices, and accessibility with visitors' perceptions of service quality, where comfort (0.570), friendship (0.626), ticket prices (0.780), and accessibility (0.735) indicated a strong positive relationship at the 99% confidence level. This means that the better the comfort, friendship, ticket prices, and accessibility, the more positive visitors' perceptions of agritourism. Strong relationships were found in hospitality, ticket prices, and accessibility, while comfort had a moderate relationship with visitors' perceptions of service quality.
