Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran inovatif berupa KACATUNG (Kartu Cara Hitung) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa kelas II SD pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap awal dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan peserta didik dan analisis kesesuaian materi dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Selanjutnya, media dikembangkan dan divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan media, lalu direvisi berdasarkan masukan. Produk diuji coba kepada siswa kelas II SDN Sidorejo Lor 02 Salatiga, dengan instrumen berupa angket dan lembar tes pre-test dan post-test. Validasi media menunjukkan tingkat kevalidan sangat tinggi, yaitu 93,75% oleh ahli materi dan 95,8% oleh ahli media. Hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada nilai rata-rata peserta didik dari 61,20 menjadi 85,60, dengan nilai signifikansi uji-t sebesar 0,001 (p < 0,05). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa media KACATUNG efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa This study aims to develop an innovative learning medium called KACATUNG (Calculation Method Cards) to enhance problem-solving abilities among second-grade elementary school students in addition and subtraction topics. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the initial stage, a needs assessment was conducted to identify students’ requirements and analyze the alignment of the material with the Merdeka Curriculum. Subsequently, the media was developed and validated by subject matter and media experts, then revised based on their feedback. The product was trialed with second-grade students at SDN Sidorejo Lor 02 Salatiga, using instruments such as questionnaires and pre-test and post-test sheets. The media validation results indicated a very high level of validity, with scores of 93.75% from subject experts and 95.8% from media experts. The effectiveness test results showed a significant improvement in students' average scores from 61.20 to 85.60, with a t-test significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). These findings demonstrate that the KACATUNG media is effective in improving students’ problem-solving abilities. |
