Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa flip book digital yang dinamakan FLIPANCAS dalam rangka meningkatkan minat belajar siswa sekolah dasar terhadap materi keberagaman budaya di Indonesia dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SDN 2 Paras di Kecamatan Cepogo Kabupaten Boyolali dengan jumlah 9 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket validasi ahli, angket respon siswa, dan tes minat belajar yang berupa pretest dan posttest. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media memperoleh skor 73 (sangat layak), validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor 71 (sangat layak) dan praktisi pembelajaran memperoleh skor 94 (sangat layak). Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan minat belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil angket minat sebelum penggunaan media dengan rata-rata skor 56,6 (kategori cukup) meningkat menjadi 91,2 (kategori tinggi) setelah penggunaan media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media FLIPANCAS layak digunakan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa terhadap materi keberagaman budaya Indonesia. Media ini juga mampu menyajikan materi dengan cara yang menarik, interaktif, dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa sekolah dasar.
This study aims to develop a learning media in the form of a digital flip book called FLIPANCAS in order to increase elementary school students' interest in learning the material on cultural diversity in Indonesia in the Pancasila Education subject. The research method used is the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 9 fifth grade students at SDN 2 Paras in Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency. Data were collected through observation, expert validation questionnaire, student response questionnaire, and learning interest test in the form of pretest and posttest. The validation result by media expert obtained a score of 73 (very feasible), validation by material expert obtained a score of 71 (very feasible) and learning practitioner obtained a score of 94 (very feasible). In addition, there was an increase in student learning interest as indicated by the results of the interest questionnaire before using the media with an average score of 56.6 (sufficient category) increasing to 91.2 (high category) after using the media. The results of the study indicate that FLIPANCAS media is feasible to use and effective in increasing students' interest in learning about the material of Indonesian cultural diversity. This media is also able to present material in an interesting, interactive, and easy-to-understand way for elementary school students
