Abstract: | Salah satu permasalahan siswa di jenjang SMP pada mata pelajaran matematika adalah siswa
mengalami kesulitan mempelajari materi bangun ruang. Siswa tidak dapat memahami materi
dengan baik, terutama dalam memvisualisasikan bentuk, jaring, dan kerangka bangun. Dari hasil
observasi, guru cenderung hanya mengandalkan media yang seadanya ketika kegiatan belajar
mengajar, yang disebabkan oleh minimnya fasilitas penunjang yang tersedia. Sebagai tindak
lanjut, peneliti merancang media pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality untuk membantu
siswa memperluas pemahaman mereka tentang konsep bangun ruang. Penelitian ini dirancang
bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan motivasi belajar siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian
ini mengadopsi model ADDIE. Data dikumpulkan melalui validasi ahli, angket siswa, serta tes
pretest dan posttest. Dari hasil validasi yang dilaksanakan dengan ahli media dan ahli materi
menyatakan bahwa media masuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan dinilai layak untuk digunakan.
Uji kepraktisan menunjukkan respons sangat baik dari siswa dengan persentase 84,17%.
Sementara itu, uji efektifitas yang dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon ditemukan peningkatan
hasil belajar yang signifikan setelah siswa menggunakan media AR. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian,
media berbasis AR terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam menunjang pemahaman siswa
terhadap konsep bangun ruang. One of the problems faced by junior high school students in mathematics is that students have difficulty learning the material on spatial figures. Students cannot understand the material well, especially in visualizing shapes, nets, and geometric frames. From the results of observations, teachers tend to only rely on existing media during teaching and learning activities, which is caused by the lack of supporting facilities available. As a follow-up, researchers designed Augmented Reality-based learning media to help students expand their understanding of the concept of spatial figures. This study was designed to optimize students' learning motivation during the learning process. This study adopted the ADDIE model. Data were collected through expert validation, student questionnaires, and pretest and posttest tests. The results of the validation carried out with media experts and material experts stated that the media was in the very good category and was considered suitable for use. The practicality test showed a very good response from students with a percentage of 84.17%. Meanwhile, the effectiveness test analyzed using the Wilcoxon test found a significant increase in learning outcomes after students used AR media. Based on the results of the study, AR-based media proved to be valid, practical, and effective in supporting students' understanding of the concept of spatial figures. |
