Pengaruh ROE, ROA dan DER Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Batu Bara Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Periode 2020-2024

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling, with a research sample consisting of 14 companies. The analytical method employed was panel data regression analysis using STATA software version 17. The results of this study indicate that the ROE variable has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, ROA does not have a significant effect on stock prices, while DER has a negative and significant effect on stock prices.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020–2024. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel penelitian 14 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software STATA versi 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel ROE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, ROA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, Sementara DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham
