Perancangan Sistem Informasi Daftar Properti Berbasis Web Menggunakan Framework Laravel di Kota Salatiga

Abstract

Pertumbuhan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi yang pesat telah mengubah cara manusia mengakses dan menyebarkan informasi, termasuk dalam industri properti. Meskipun sektor properti sedang berkembang di Indonesia, pencarian informasi tentang penyewaan properti seperti rumah kost, kontrakan, dan ruko di Kota Salatiga masih menghadapi kendala. Proses pencarian properti sering dilakukan secara tradisional, seperti pemasangan spanduk atau metode door to door, yang membatasi aksesibilitas dan efisiensi. Akibatnya, banyak pencari properti, terutama mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum, kesulitan menemukan informasi yang akurat dan memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan platform yang memudahkan pengguna dalam menemukan daftar properti di Kota Salatiga, dengan menyajikan informasi yang lengkap dan terstruktur. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pencarian properti, mendukung pertumbuhan industri properti di wilayah tersebut.

The rapid growth of communication and information technology has transformed how people access and disseminate information, including in the property sector. Despite the development of the property industry in Indonesia, searching for rental property information, such as boarding houses, rentals, and shophouses in Salatiga City, still faces challenges. The search process is often conducted traditionally, such as through banners or door-to-door methods, which limits accessibility and efficiency. As a result, many property seekers, particularly students and the general public, struggle to find accurate information that meets their needs. To address this issue, this research designs a web-based information system using the Laravel framework. This system aims to provide a platform that facilitates users in finding property listings in Salatiga City by presenting comprehensive and structured information. It is expected that this system will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of property searches, supporting the growth of the property industry in the region
