Abstract

The banking business has undergone a fundamental transformation due to the swift progress of technology. Mobile banking, which allows users to access banking services and conduct financial transactions via mobile devices, is one of the most important advancements. In addition to improving client comfort, this technological advancement offers banks new options as well as difficulties. With the title "The Impact of Mobile Banking on Banks' Sustainable Growth Mediated by Bank Performance," this thesis proposal seeks to investigate the complex link that exists between mobile banking services and banks' ability to grow sustainably. It focuses on comprehending how mobile banking, as a contemporary channel for service delivery, affects banks' overall performance and, in turn, their long-term viability. This study aims to offer important insights into the strategic role of mobile banking in improving bank performance and guaranteeing sustainable development in a financial climate that is becoming more competitive and dynamic by looking at these relationships.
