Abstract: | The method of calculating The Objective Matrix Model (OMAX ) would solve this problems and complexity by combining all of the productivity criteria from the results of this achievement ( index ), and then we could analyze the productivity criteria which has a significant impact, in this circumstances it would be limited to the criteria level as soon as possible to start an improvement. Decision Support System (DSS) using OMAX method aimed at finding our productivity of hotel's performance. The system is to help a manager through supporting decision by perceiving which departments have increasing performance and vice versa. The application of this Decision Support System using OMAX method, which is an application that make it easier for companies as the application provides a report that can be analysed. In addition, this aplication can help companies at manifesting their goal to improve the hotel's quality and make more effective and efficient performance |
