Abstract: Self efficacy, Social support menjadi suplemen untuk meningkatkan Individual performance. Instrumen-instrumen itu berguna sebagai carauntuk mengelola Burnout bagi Pendeta pada GerejaProtestan Maluku, KlasisPulau Ambon.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui adanya pengaruhself efficacy dansocial support terhadap individual performace dengan burnout sebagai variabel intervening berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari hasilPath-analisis, analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver.20 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 responden terdiriatas pegawai organic (ketuamajelisjemaatdanpendetajemaat)Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa 1) “adanya pengaruh self efficacy terhadap burnout”; 2) “adanya pengaruh social support terhadap burnout”; 3) “adanya pengaruh self efficacy terhadap individual performance”; 4) “adanya pengaruh social support terhadap individual performance”; 5) “adanyapengaruhburnout terhadap individual performance”; 6) “adanya pengaruh self efficacy secara tidak langsung terhadap individual performance melalui burnout”; 7) “adanya pengaruhsocial support secara tidak langsung terhadap individual performance melalui burnout”.
Self Efficacy and social support become supplements to increase individual performance. These instruments are used to administer burnout for the pastors in Moluccas Christian Church, Classis of Ambon. This study to investigate whether there are effects of self efficacy and social support to individual performance with burnout as its intervening variable based on study of Path-analysis findings, descrptive and regression analysis by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Vers. 20, with 62 sample of respondents whose actually play the role as organic employees (Chairman of the concil of chhurches and pastor of the church). The findings prove that 1) “there are effects of self efficacy to burnout”. 2) “ There are effects of social support to burnout”. 3) there are effects of self efficacy to individual performance”. 4) “there are effects of social support to individual performance”. 5) “there are effects of burnout to individual performance”. 6) “there are effects of self efficacy to individual performance through burnout indirectly”. 7) “ there are effects of social support to individual performance through burnout indirectly”.
