Abstract: | pendidikan awal bagi anak sudah sepantasnya mendapat perhatian besar dari semua lapisan masyarakat terutama pendidik/guru PAUD yang secara langsung bersentuhan dengan anak-anak PAUD. Namun seringkali timbul permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan guru PAUD ini, salah satunya adalah turnover intention atau niat untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan atau lembaga tempat mereka bekerja saat ini. Penelitian ini memeriksa hubungan variabel-variabel kepuasan gaji, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention. Data yang terkumpul dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh guru PAUD diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang dianalisa dengan program AMOS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang memperlihatkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan adalah kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi yang menunjukkan hubungan positif serta komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention yang menunjukkan hubungan negatif. Early Learners Education as the very beginning education for children is one thing that teachers of those young learners must pay attention to very seriously, for teachers are people who get in touch with them most frequently. However, sometimes there are so many problems among early learners teachers, including their intention to leave the job as well as to leave the present school. This research tried to find out the impact of pay satisfaction, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on teachers turnover intention. Data collected from the teachers through questionnaires were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and analyzed using the program of AMOS version 20. The result showed the job satisfaction variable gives positive and significant impact on organizational commitment while the organizational commitment variable shows negative and significant impact on turnover intention. |
