Abstract: The research aims to improve the ability of speaking through use video learning media in the second grade students of SDN 3 Nampu Karangrayung Grobogan in academic year 201012011. The form of the research used in the classroom action research consisting of two cycles. The subject of this research is all the second grade students SDN 3 Nampu Karangrayung Grobogan in academic year 2010/2011 consisting of 40 students. The data collecting is used documentation, observation, and test. Technique of analysis using is interactive analysis model which has 3 component: data reduction, representation of data and pulling of conclusion or verification. The classroom action research are made to has been done, it can be known that the use video learning media could improve the ability of speaking. It is proved through the first cycle result, 65,00% students reach KKM mark in speaking (60), while in the second cycle it improved until 95.00 %. The research conclution is the use video learning media could be improve the ability of speaking toward the second grade students SDN 3 Nampu Karangrayung Grobogan in academic year 2010/2011
