Sistem Reservasi Kamar Hotel Sasando di Kupang Berbasis Web

Abstract

Sasando hotel is a two-star hotel which is located in Kupang and is a developing hotel and still making effort to make more progress to develop its service and quality of every aspects such as the using of information and technology system. So far, Sasando Hotel's rooms reservation are still using the manual reservation which using a guest book thus, the system itself is lack of eficiency so that researchers are interested to design Sasando hotel's reservation system using web technology. The system that'll be going to be designed is room reservation system, check in, check out, restaurant's bills, laundry, etc. So, the system will be designed with computering system using online reservation based on web database which considered more eficience. Thus there will be no mistakes in information and reservation, especially on double reservation, it would be clear, because the datas which has been updated in a database could be accsses by two departmens that ruled the reservations such as marketing and front office. This system is not only make the customers become easier to reserve a room, but also would be maximum in serving, by reducing costumer's unhappiness.
