This study, aimed to prove the effectiveness of the feedback for students' writing given by their teacher. The focus of the study is to reveal the effectiveness of teacher feedback for Guided writing class students. This study used three different methods to measure the effectiveness of teacher feedback, feedback on grammar only, feedback on content only and feedback on both grammar & content. The data were collected from the pre-test and post-test. The result showed that teacher's feedback is effective for the students in creating their paper. The feedback give them awarness of their strength and weakness in their writing and also motivate them to create a better paper.
