Abstract: The study focused on what common grammatical errors are made by ED students in Guided writing class. This study was conducted to analyze what grammatical errors are. The writer uncovered common grammatical errors made by ED Students in Guided Writing class, therefore, the data instrument that the writer used are collecting the students' work in quantitative way. The research question what are common grammatical errors made by ED students in Guided writing class showed the finding that most of the participant made syntax errors. The percentage is 75 %. 12% of the participants made morphology errors and 13% of them did not make error. This study suggests the participant that they should give more attention to English grammar. Therefore, the common grammatical errors can be anticipated. The writer suggests for other researcher that more participants should be taken as sample so that the data could be more valid.
