Penentuan Kadar Fluorida (F) Berbagai Produk Minuman dalam Kemasan yang Terjual di Area Salatiga dan Sekitarnya

Abstract

Study on the determination of fluorida (F) concentration of some bottled water product sold in Salatiga area and vicinity has been conducted since August, until December, 2010 at the Laboratory of Basic Chemistry and Laboratory of Environmental Chemistry, Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga. The Objectives of this study were : Firstly, to determine and compare the quality of some bottled water sold in Salatiga area and vicinity observed of fluoride (F) concentration based on Regulation of Public Health Minister for No. 907/Menkes/SK/VII/2002, and SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) 01-3553-2006. Secondly, to determine the correlation among fluoride 0,0769 mg/l unitl 3,0641 +- mg/l, so that just 33,33% kind of bottled waters were studied had qualified the standar quality of the fluoride (F) concentration. Fluoride concentration with various parameters. Result of the study, showed that the fluoride (F) concentration (x +- SE) of some bottled waters sold in Salatiga and vicinity were in the range of 0,6923 +- F concentration had positive correlation with pH, and negative correlation with viscosity, chloride, and sulfate
