Pengembangan Knowledge Strategy Berbasis Kapasitas Wirausaha Menuju Keunggulan Bersaing Berkelanjutan BPR di Provinsi Jawa Tengah

Abstract

This article aims to develop a model of knowledge development strategy towards sustainable competitive advantage based entrepreneurial capacity of rural banks in Central Java province. The sampling method is "purposive sampling" means sampling by considering the characteristics of the population, namely: operational experience and at least 5 years of working area representase rural banks. Then the sample size of 150 of 251 (59.7%) top manager rural banks. To analyze the data in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of the AMOS software package. The findings of this study the first step in an effort to improve sustainable competitive advantage through knowledge sharing by prioritizing the quality of interaction, willingness and ability.
