Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Kinerja Perusahaan pada Kondisi Persaingan Dinamis : Pemediasian Pembelajaran Organisasional

Abstract

This study aims to test the role of mediating variables learning organizational on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance in dynamic competition. This research was conducted by survey method to the respondents in small and medium enterprises at Magelang City consist of 178 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SEM WartPLS 3.0. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has direct relation and significant with firm performance (ß=0,57, p<0,01, R2=0,33). Than after simultan test show that entrepreneurial orientation has decrease relation and significant with firm performance (ß=0,4, p<0,01, R2=0,37). Than organizational learning as mediator variable has significan relation with entrepreneurial orientation (ß=0,72, p<0,01, R2=0,51) and has significant relation with firm performance (ß=0,26, p<0,01, R2=0,37). Relational model among variables has good GoF (APC=0,458, p<0,01; ARS=0,439, p<0,01; VIF=1,827<5). These results indicate that organizational learnings partially mediate the relation between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance. This study contributes to add organizational learning as mediating variable on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance. The study states that in dynamic competition company with entrepreneurial orientation will improve the performance when organizational learning occurs in company ; there are commitment to learning, process of shared vision and open minded to accept new knowledge
