Abstract: Nowadays, hospital is required to provide good service for consumers that need to be supported by medical staffs that have high motivation and good performance. This explanatory research aimed to determine the effect of Strategic Leadership and Organizational Culture on Work Motivation and its impact on Performance of medical employees. By using saturation sampling technique, this study was conducted on 69 medical employees at one of public hospital in North Sulawesi. Data was collected using structured questionnaires and was analyzed using multiple linear regression which supported by SPSS 20.0 software. The Results of hypothesis testing showed that the Strategic Leadership and Organizational Culture significantly influence Work Motivation of medical employees. Further, the result also showed that Work Motivation significantly affect the Performance of medical employees. In addition, by using sobbel test, Work Motivation also found acts as mediating variable in the relationship between Strategic Leadership and Organizational Culture on Performance of medical employees.
