Implementasi Undang Undang No 17 Tahun 2012 Jo Undang Undang No 25 Tahun 1992 Tentang Perkoperasian di Kota Yogyakarta

Abstract

Law No. 25 of 1992 on Cooperatives perceived is no longer compatible with the joints of people's economy adopted by the Indonesian Nation, so in its development, the Act has undergone perubahan and adjustment, thus was born the Law No. 17 Year 2012 on Cooperatives. But it also raises some problems in its application in the community, so this research is very important to do. This study aimed to determine how the implementation and or application of Law No.. 17 of 2012 in the city of Yogyakarta. Apart from that no less important is to be able to know what are the obstacles and barriers that occur in the application of the Constitution Act Cooperative above. The method used in this study is sociological normative approach because this study uses data obtained directly from the community (primary data) and literature (secondary data). Qualitative research is descriptive specification that gives detailed, thorough and systematic about the reality of the matter is about the application of Law No.. 17 of 2012 in the city of Yogyakarta and any obstacles that occur in the application of the Act. Existing data from the results of this study were obtained through field research, and will be analyzed qualitatively, given the data collected is descriptive, then in accordance with the purpose of the research to be analyzed qualitatively, namely trying to connect with the fact that there are many rules that govern Cooperatives and sociological aspects that may affect the provision tersebut.Selanjutnya the results of the analysis will be manifested in a clear and concisedescription. From the research that has been done, the cooperative is expected to grow and thrive both for members and for the nation at large. So that people can understand what things are mandated by the Cooperative Act, so as to create a welfare society with democratic economy .
