Standarisasi Kelayakan Penerima Anggaran Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (Bos) Pada Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Pertama (SLTP)

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the distribution of School Operational Assistance (BOS) to date, and to determine eligibility factors of the BOS budget receiver in public/ private middle high schools (SMP/MTs), as well as determine the BOS recipients amount of budget. This research describes the real condition and problem solving of the factual BOS. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach, direct observation conducted especially to get an overview of the natural conditions (natural setting). The analysis shows that BOS initiated by the government has occurred not on target generally. Contribution of this study – first, as a reference for the government in decisions making of BOS policy, second the government to issue a ministerial regulation on teachers minimum wages to be paid by private school. Third as a reference for the government about how much the distribution of BOS budget will be given to public and private schools.
