Title: Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Self-Efficacy dan Strategi Coping Proaktif Terhadap Burnout

Abstract: The teacher is one of the professions engaged in service activities that are vulnerable to the occurrence of burnout. For teachers who are experiencing burnout will impact the decline in jobs such as absenteeism, tendency to ignore the job and turnover. This study aims to examine several factors: organizational culture, self-efficacy and proactive coping strategy against the occurrence of burnout in high school teacher. The sample in this study was 80 high school teachers. The data were obtained through questionnaires. The instrument used to obtain data is burnout scale, the scale of organizational culture, self-efficacy scale and the scale of proactive coping strategies that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that organizational culture and proactive coping strategies have a negative effect but not significant. Only self efficacy, that has a negative and significant influence on the occurrence of burnout in high school teacher. This result proved that only self-efficacy is known to be a predictor for the occurrence of burnout
Guru adalah salah satu profesi yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan jasa yang rentan dengan adanya burnout (rasa lelah). Bagi guru yang sedang mengalami kelelahan akan berimbas pada penurunan dalam pekerjaan seperti ketidakhadiran, kecenderungan mengabaikan pekerjaan dan turnover. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengamati beberapa faktor: budaya organisasi, keberhasilan diri dan strategi copingproaktif terhadap munculnya burnoutpada guru Sekolah Menengah Atas. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data adalah skala burnout, skala budaya organisasi, skala keberhasilan diri dan skala strategi copingproaktif yang telah dites tingkat validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan strategi copingproaktif memberi efek negatif terjadinya burnoutpada guru Sekolah Menengah Atas. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa hanya self-efficacy sebagai prediktor kemunculan burnout
