Abstract: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencanaan dan implementasi supervisi akademik melalui dialogis kolegial pembelajaran IPA di SMP Negeri 41 Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan naturalistik kualitatif. Analisis data menggunakan metode Analisis Isi (Content Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi akademik melalui dialogis kolegial pembelajaran IPA di SMP Negeri 41 Semarang diawali dengan kesepakatan waktu pelaksanaan supervise antara supervisor dengan guru yang akan disupervisi yang dituangkan dalam jadual supervisi. Supervisor mempersiapkan perangkat supervisi, sedangkan guru yang akan disupervisi mempersiapkan perangkat pembelajarannya. Impelmentasinya meliputi 3 tahapan, yaitu pertemuan awal, observasi dan pertemuan akhir yang merupakan diskusi umpan balik antara supervisor dengan guru kelas yang disebut dengan dialogis kolegial sehingga terjadinya hubungan kemitraan antara guru dengan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di kelas.
The research intends to know the plan and the implementation of academic supervision through collegial dialogue in science learning SMP Negeri 41 Semarang. This research use a case study method with a qualitative naturalistic approach. Data analysis use the content analysis method. The result of research shows that the planning of academic supervision through collegial dialogue in science learning SMP Negeri 41 Semarang it is started with the time of the supervision agreement between supervisors and teachers who will be supervised as outline in the schedule of supervision. Supervisor prepares supervision device, whereas the teacher who will be supervised he prepares his learning device. The implementation includes 3 phases they are the initial meeting, observation and the last meeting which are the feedback of discussion between the supervisor and the teacher called collegial dialogue, so it makes the partnership between teacher and principal to improve the learning process in class.
