Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Lamper Tengah 01 Semarang. Sebagai responden adalah kepala sekolah,guruguru dan komite sekolah di SD Negeri Lamper Tengah 01 Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) perencanaan, implemen-tasi dan pengawasan program Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SDN Lamper Tengah 01 Semarang; (2) peran serta Kepala sekolah dalam program Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SDN Lamper Tengah 01 Semarang; (3) peran guru dalam program Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SDN Lamper Tengah 01 Semarang; (4) Peran komite sekolah dalam program Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SDN Lamper Tengah 01 Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi dan FGD. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS), Kepala Sekolah SDN Lamper Tengah 01 Semarang menjalin kerjasama dengan guru dan komite dalam menyusun program MBS serta mengimplementasikan rencana yang telah disusun bersama komite kemudian memberikan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan program. Masing-masing komponen sekolah menjalankan peran dan fungsinya secara proporsional dan profesional dalam rangka memberdayakan input sekolah sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan
This research was done in SDN Lamper Tengah 01 Semarang. I invite headquarter, teachers and committee of this school as responden. This research is describing: (1) Planning, implementation and evaluation of Management based School that has been conducting in SDN Lamper Tengah 01 Semarang; (2) The role of headquarter in Management Based School program in SDN Lamper Tengah 01 Semarang; (3)The role of teachers in Management Based School program in SDN Lamper Tengah 01 Semarang; (4) The role of committe in Management Based School program in SDN Lamper Tengah 01 Semarang. The data was collected through a deep interview, observation and documentation of FGD. The result of this research is: The headquarter, teachers and committee are working together in formulating Management Based School program. Implementing the program that has been planned and then evaluating all activities. Each school component that has been involve in this program are doing their own role and function proportional and profesionally in order to empowering school input to achieve the goal.
