Dampak Multi Peran dan Pekerjaan Wanita Tani

Abstract

The research aims to describe, the effect of multi role and job of farming women towards physical aspect, psychological, spiritual, economic, family, and social. Research subject are farming women who their husband has main or side job in horticulture farming sector or non farming, at Wates, Getasan. Research subjects classified into two groups, i. e. non farming group and farming group. Amount each group consist of 5 farming women, which has been choose with purposive technique. It is descriptive qualitative research, which the methodology of data collecting is semi structured interview, observation, and in depth interview. Result of the research in multi role and job of farming women in farming sector and non farming, tend to gave negative effect towards physical, psychological, and family aspect; but don't give impact to spiritual and social aspect, and gave positive impact to household economy.
