Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the level of financial performance category BPR in Central Java in 2011 with a view CAR, NPL, ROA, ROE, LDR, ROA, capital growth, credit growth, earnings growth and growth funds. BPR chosen because it has different characteristics from commercial banks. This research combines the methods of CAMEL and methods used by Infobank magazine that allows to know the growth rate of each criteria. Samples are 233 rural banks in Central Java who had complete data ratio that can be measured in the research. The data showed 87.1% of BPR in Central Java has good title and the remaining 12.9% had no good title. Overall financial performance ratios BPR in Central Java has a good title unless the NPL ratio with the average non-performing loans amounted to 7.14%. The results showed that the financial ratios NPL, ROA, LDR, loan growth and earnings growth has a significant influence on the level of predicate BPR. Meanwhile, five other financial ratios are CAR, ROE, ROA, growth capital and growth funds have no significant effect on the level of predicate BPR.
